    In a saucepan mix the milk and pasta simmer for about 20 minutes.

    Mixture constantly and make sure the milk does not boil. Once the pasta is al dente, remove from pan and add the cheese, stirring until melted.

    If you want a slightly creamy mixture, you can add a little more milk and salt to taste.

    Preparation time: 5 minutes

    Servings: 6 servings

    Ingredients:

    • 3/4 cup yogurt
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
    • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 5 blocks sliced

    Preparation:

    In your microwave oven Haceb melted peanut butter for 20 seconds.

    Mix peanut butter with yogurt, honey, vanilla and cinnamon until you get a creamy mixture.

    • 1/2 cup Parmesan or Cheddar
    • Spinach
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    Preparation:

    • Cook the cauliflower, onion and garlic steamed in a pan of hot water for about 5 minutes.
